The following questions and answers are applicable to DataCAD.

Hardware Key

Q. I have a Parallel hardware key. When I double-click on the DataCAD icon, I get the message Hardlock not found.

Q. I have a USB hardware key. When I double-click on the DataCAD icon, I get a message that says Hardlock not found.

Q. When I double-click on the DataCAD icon, I get the message Cannot open Hardlock driver.
