Scheduled Maintenance / Summer Storage / Fall Start-up Visit

Covers visit(s) to maintain your LaserPro equipment operation at optimal operational specifications. The service actions that we will perform on your equipment are listed below. During the visit(s) we will also provide recommendations for part replacement, and best practices. We will also provide cost estimates for any parts that need to be replaced, and order them for you once a Purchase Order has been approved.

Inspect         

  • Lenses and mirrors for cracks, debris or defects
  • X axis motor, belt and assembly for debris, defects and tension
  • Y axis motor, belt and assembly for debris, defects and tension
  • Z axis motor, belt and assembly for debris, defects and tension
  • Z axis screw for debris and defects
  • X axis rails and bearings
  • Y axis rails and bearings

 

Clean

  • All lenses and mirrors from laser tube to head
  • X axis rails
  • Y axis rails
  • Z axis screw and piston guides
  • Remove any loose debris from mainboard and PCB boards
  • Red dot emitter

 

Lubricate

  • X axis rail
  • Y axis rail
  • Z axis screw and piston guides

 

Alignment and Testing

  • Red dot positioning & laser alignment
  • XY and Z axis freedom of movement under power
  • Emergency stop functional
  • Door safety switches functional
