Envisioneer, KeyCreator & DataCAD carry a 30 day money back guarantee. After 30 days returns are only made at the discretion of TEC management. Restocking Fees will apply unless waived at our discretion. SURFCAM returns would require a $200 restocking charge for SIM reprogramming. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form issued by TEC to be completed and submitted with the returned items. The RMA number must appear on the package. TEC will inspect all returns and credit will only be issued for material in re-sellable condition. Returns are for credit to the buyers account. Refund checks will only be issued on special request. Allow 5 weeks for refund check processing. Returns made against credit card sales will be posted to the buyer’s credit card, less any restocking fees, within 7 days of return of the merchandise to TEC. TEC recommends that you send the product back via an insured carrier or a company that can track packages. Tech Ed Concepts, Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen items. When your merchandise has been received and processed, we will issue you a refund. In the case of defective merchandise, we will ship you a replacement and you will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees. We will make every effort to process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 days of receiving your returned item and RMA.
